We want you to love your new window treatments. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition for Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of installation, wear, or alteration (including cut-to-size or custom-length items) may not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eratile.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping where applicable.

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, you may return unused items within the 30-day window. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as EraTile is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

• Custom-cut or made-to-measure curtains, blinds, or shades
• Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
• Gift cards
